For items purchased in store we offer a 7 day exchange or credit note policy as we buy in small quantities and have a fast turnover of stock. For in store purchases we offer the opportunity to try on garments to ensure satisfaction.
For Online Purchases:
We request that you try on and return any unwanted or unsuitable items within 14 days of purchase anything received after the 14 day period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for refund all items must be in the same condition that you received it. Un-worn, un-used with labels or original packaging. You will also need your proof of purchase/order number.
We will process refunds within 48 hours between Monday and Friday only.
As a small independent business we have to keep delivery costs low so therefore we are un-able to offer a free returns service. *Buyer must pay return postage* Please ensure the correct postage is paid or it may delay your refund process. Any charges will be deducted from your refund.
Our online returns policy is in line with Distance Selling Regulations.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
